As usual, I always start with applying a base coat. Â I then applied 2 coats of Morgan Taylors I’m Charmed and OPI Alpine Snow to the respective fingers. Â I waited until the polish was almost dry. Â Usually by the time I’m done painting all of my nails the polish is dry enough to start stamping.
I started by painting 1 coat of Orly White Tips. Once the polish was dry, I used the scotch tape to tape off the areas of my fingers around the nails, but you could also use liquid latex or a similar product to make clean-up easier.
I started by applying my base coat.  I then applied 2 coats of China Glaze Dance Dance Baby.  Once they were almost dry, I used the Finger Paints Striper in Ch-Art-Coal Black to outline my nails.
