V Beauty Pure Cuffing Szn Collection Swatch and Review

Hello nail enthusiasts!  It has been a long time since my last post.  I had purchased some gels over the winter for my birthday and Christmas and I have been wanting to do a review on them.  V Beauty Pure (formerly known as Valentino Beauty Pure) had a buy one collection, get one collection free sale so I got two collections.  This collection is the Cuffing Szn collection, which is six colors that are neutral nudes that can be worn any time of year but were curated for sweater weather.  Let’s get into my swatch and review of the V Beauty Pure Cuffing Szn.

211-Wine & Dine

211-Wine & Dine is a dusty pinky mauve crème.  This is such a beautiful color.  I did swatches in both shiny and matte and it is just stunning.  The formula was so easy and creamy to work with.  It was opaque for me in one coat, but I did two coats for the photos.

212-Stargazing

212-Stargazing is a greige crème with cool undertones .  This is another stunner of a color.  I’m going to repeating myself a lot in this blog, but this was so easy and creamy to work with.  I did both shiny and matte swatches.  It was opaque in one coat, but I did two coats for the photos.

213-Picnic In The Park

213-Picnic In The Park is a light peach toned beige crème.  This is the lightest color in this collection.  This would definitely be a great color for spring.  It took two coats for full opacity, and again was so easy and creamy to apply.  The swatches were done in shiny and matte.

214-Beach Day

214-Beach Day is a cool toned mauve crème.  Again, such a beautiful color that was opaque in one coat.  I did do two coats for the photos.  It was easy and creamy to work with.  The swatches were done in shiny and matte.

215-Ramen & Chill

215-Ramen & Chill is a cool toned pink beige crème with a purple undertone .  This is another lighter color that would be good for spring time.  This was my type of color!  It was easy and creamy to work with.  It was opaque in one coat, but I did two coats for the photos.

216-Single AF

216-Single AF is a dusty purple greige crème.  This is the darkest color in this collection.  This color is such a fall/winter color.  I actually prefer the matte finish more than the shiny finish.  This was opaque in one coat, but I did two coats for the photos.  As I have said multiple times, this was so easy and creamy to work with.

My Thoughts

I really liked this collection.  The formula of this collection, and the other colors I’ve purchased from V Beauty Pure are a little thicker than other brands I’ve tried.  This does not make it difficult to work with.  In fact, I think that the thicker creamy formula is what helps the colors to have such opacity and ease of application.  You do want to make sure to apply thin coats so that they properly cure.  Curing time is 60 seconds in an LED lamp, and they are a soak-off formula.  The brush is nice and aides in getting a good even application.  I really like all of the colors in this collection and I know I will wear them all. I have already used Beach Day in a winter snowflake design and I loved it.  I am becoming a big fan of this brand and have been slowly adding colors to my personal collection.  You can find all of the products that V Beauty Pure has to offer at their website V Beauty Pure.  I highly recommend their gel polishes.
