Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JenaesNails.com.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our Site.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Currently for the continental United States. Shipping starts at $4.95  and may increases by weight.   For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us at shop@jenaesnails.com prior to placing order.

Shipment method

Shipping will proceed via USPS or UPS and will be sent  ground.

 


Additional Info

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not offered at this time.

JenaesNails ships only to United States addresses.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  If you created an account and were logged into said account during checkout, you can check the tracking information by visiting the MyAccount page.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JenaesNails​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  We will collect California sales tax on all orders billed or shipped to a California address.

Damages

If damages occur during shipping, please reach out to us first via email at : shop@jenaesnails.com.  You may also have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
